Mondays 7-8pm :        Beginners Yang Style Tai Chi For Health

Mondays 8-9pm :        Beginners Shaolin Kung Fu   (Ages over 12+ and Adults)

Tuesdays 7-8.45pm :   Beginners Wing Chun Kung Fu

Wednesdays 7-9pm :   Beginners Shaolin Kung Fu (Ages over 12+ and Adults)

Thursdays 7-8.45pm :  Wing Chun Kung Fu

(Intermediate / Advanced classes by invitation only. Private / Executive lessons also available)
